Delivery 

We endeavour to send all orders received before 8am Monday-Friday same with standard delivery service of 2-3 working days within the UK, 7 days within Europe and 10 days anywhere else across the world. Please note however, we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.
If there is a problem with fulfilling your order we will contact you immediately to inform you of the nature of the delay. If for any reason your order is not in stock, we will contat you immediately to organise a replacement or back order.

All orders are dispatched with our courier UK Mail. All orders can be signed for by either the recipient, a neighbour or can be left in a safe place where UK Mail deem fit.

If your order is returned to us for any reason due to failed delivery, we will contact you where possible or issue a refund. 

To ensure that you receive your flip flops in perfect condition we pack them in a Gandys shoebox and place them in a mailbag.
