Gandys Foundation 

The Gandys Foundation is our registered charity which runs all of the operations for our ‘Orphans for Orphans’ mission.

The fundamental goal of ‘Orphans for Orphans’ is to give something back to those less fortunate. In practical terms this means that we give aid to orphans and underprivileged children around the world - providing them with a place to live, education, nutrition and health-care.

Our initial target is to open our first children’s home by the end of 2014 to mark the 10 year anniversary of the tsunami. After that, the Gandys vision is to open children’s homes all over the world. 

Fortunately, in the wake of the tsunami, the brothers had family and friends to help and support them, but they know that not everyone is as fortunate. Many underprivileged and disaster children have no access to the most basic of sanitation, clean drinking water, medical supplies and education. Following their unique experience of living and travelling around India volunteering as teenagers, Rob and Paul wanted to do what they could to help less fortunate children grow up with a standard of care that everyone deserves. This mission is so close to their hearts and it is the driving force behind Gandys.

Following an overwhelming response from people asking how they can donate directly to the Orphans for Orphans mission, the Gandys Foundation was born in Summer 2013. 100% of your donation to the Foundation will go towards building our first children’s home and sustaining its future. As well as opening children's homes across every continent. 

Where your donation goes?

The childrens' home will offer shelter and care to the children who live there, as well as education. It will require a team of people and ongoing support and maintenance.

What we still need:

Opening a children’s home involves many challenges as you can imagine and the brothers are learning as they go. There are many more processes to be completed so please do get in touch if you wish to offer your skills. 

It’s a huge push to reach the target and open the first children's home and all of your help is hugely appreciated – help us by getting your Gandys - a percent of sales go to the Foundation, donating to the Foundation or telling people about our mission – thank you to all of you for helping us reach our target.
